I’m Jayson, founder of Aligned Stride Coaching, a UESCA-certified running coach, and endurance athlete.

I’ve spent years training, racing, and learning what actually works when it comes to improving performance. Like most runners, I’ve gone through phases of inconsistency, overtraining, and plateauing—until I found a more structured, sustainable approach.

Now, I help runners avoid those same mistakes.
